It'll still be hard but you probably won't lose your sanity doing it). Pacman (You can do this and skip getting all the collectibles on the levels I mentioned above. My advice to you would be not to go for a 100% to save yourself the frustration. However, if it wasn't part of my childhood I probably would've given up years ago. Personally, this game is a gem in my childhood and I am happy I finally got around to 100% this game after all these years. Make sure you grind hard on extra lives if you try for all the collectibles (Butane Pain is a good level for extra live grinding).

It took me at least 4 hours to get 100% collectibles on that level. This is the most noticiable difference between the platforming elite and Pac-Man World 2 whereas other characters were literally made for this kind of gig.

Blade Mountain was easily the toughest because you move so damn fast. The ones that come to mind are Blade Mountain, Avalanche Alley, Haunted Boardwalk, and the water levels (Although I 100% Shark Attack on my first try so go figure lol). The annoyance really came down to a couple levels that do not allow for backtracking in certain or all sections to obtain all the collectibles. I actually 100% this game myself a few years back and yes it was really hard and honestly kind of annoying.
